Lioness Recruitment – Careers handled with Care. Feel like a new challenge within a large social enterprise embarking on a series of exciting change programmes across the business? They’re looking for somebody with exceptional agile IT project management experience, ideally from within social housing or local authority, to support them on a range of digital IT service focussed projects. This is a 12-month fixed term salaried role and will include some remote working.

 

Your main responsibility as Project Manager will be to manage the delivery of a range of customer focussed digital IT projects using in-house resource. You will also be responsible for budgets and change management, suppliers & internal stakeholders, as well as being an ambassador for Agile/Scrum methodology.

 

Essential experience:

  • Commercial experience working as a Project Manager on large-scale, complex IT projects
  • Managing internal BAU resource for projects
  • Proven experience of successfully delivering projects in an Agile or Scrum environment
  • Project managing design and implementation of customer-focussed digital projects (websites, online portals etc)
  • Managing projects with a specific focus on relational databases (MS SQL, MySQL, DB2, Oracle, SAP Sybase etc) OR Dynamics 365/CRM
  • Ideally, experience working within a Social Housing or Local Authority environment and understanding of relevant governance frameworks
  • Experience of cloud computing such as Azure, would be advantageous for this role, but is not essential
