They’re looking for someone with proven housing management systems experience to join their IT team. The role will be a mixture of office and home-based working, with Head Office based in West London.

 

As Application Support Officer your main responsibility will be to provide technical support for the housing software system and provide some reporting. Your day-to-day duties will include working on the improvement of the housing system, system upgrading, supporting with migration and implementations for newly selected software systems, testing, documentation and user training.

 

Essential experience:

 

  • Extensive experience of housing software systems such as Aareon QL, Capita One/ OPENHousing/Academy, Civica Cx/Universal, MRI/Orchard Housing/Castleton Housing, NEC/NPS Housing/Northgate OHMS, MIS ActiveH, etc.
  • Demonstrable application/systems support experience within a similar role.
  • Ability to support data migration and systems implementation.
  • Experience of SQL and reporting.
  • User training.
  • Solid documentation experience.
