They’re looking to take your housing application, people and supplier management experience and team this with their growing department. This role can offer flexibility for some home working, however a regular presence in the London offices will be required as part of this role.
Your responsibilities will include managing and supporting a team of application officers in relation to KPIs and general performance management, and ensuring all systems requests and tickets are responded to with the highest levels of customer service in mind. You will be responsible for managing application upgrades, integrations, and interfacing, managing third party software suppliers, leading UAT and supporting writing test scripts, resolving general systems issues, as well as leading systems development to ensure the latest functionality is maintained.
