Lioness Recruitment are proud to be working in association with Manifest Software Solutions (MSS), the leading independent systems integration specialists within the Social Housing Sector. Due to their continuing success, MSS are expanding and are looking for a Customer Excellence Manager to ensure a successful customer experience and the most effective use of products. This role is 100% remote working with occasional, fully expensed trips to client sites.
Your responsibilities will be to work closely with customers to understand their requirements and ensure they have everything they need to make the most of MSS' software and services. This will include guiding customer's on the most cost-effective solution to meet their needs if they require additional products and services. You will also work with the Sales team and Implementation team to process quotes and make bookings. This is not a targeted sales role with the main focus being on exceptional customer service as oppose to sales.
