They’re looking for someone with proven housing management systems experience to join their IT team. This is a 12 month fixed term salaried role and is 100% remote working.
As Application Support Officer your main responsibility will be to provide technical support for the housing software system and provide some reporting. Your day-to-day duties will include working on the improvement of the housing system, system upgrading, supporting with migration and implementations for newly selected software systems, testing, documentation and user training.
