Job Description

Our client, based in London, is currently recruiting for a Business Change Analyst on a Fixed Term Contract for 12 months. Our client is a large housing association who champion their staff.

 

The position is due to start immediately on a full time basis. The annual salary is £46,000 based on experience for this position.

 

The ideal candidate must have experience in techniques associated with requirement gathering, process mapping, facilitation and managing business change.

 

Duties will include (but not limited to):

  • To gather and analyse information in order to understand business needs during change
  • To process map the ‘as is’ and ‘to be’ status of services, perform gap analysis, impact assessment and develop roadmaps for delivering change
  • To facilitate training sessions and workshops for staff to help them meet strategic or business objectives and embed continuous improvement
  • To co-ordinate and manage stakeholders to enable them in making evidence-based decisions about the future of their services
  • To take a lead and enable the business to redesign their services in order to make a smooth transition in reaching a transformed state
  • To implement and support the business in the use of change tools and techniques
  • To work closely with colleagues in IT and other key roles to support and deliver change well or the business

Experience required:

  • Experience with a varied scale of organisational change effort, both strategic and
    operational
  • Clear knowledge of effective performance and resource management, and
    understanding principles for how to get the best out of people
  • Proven track record of building and managing effective stakeholder relationships at
    all levels, to promote collaborative working cross-functionally with diverse groups

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

  • Strong facilitation, communication and analytical skills
  • Experience and knowledge of service redesign and change management principles,
    methodologies and tools and when/how to best apply them
  • Experience of statistics, data handling or data reporting techniques

Working hours:

  • 5 hours per week
