About The Role

The IT Digital Analyst will develop all  digital platforms and partnerships and ensure digital projects are delivered to a high standard and to the desired outcome for the organisation and the wider community.

Your key accountabilities will be:

  • Lead and assist departments / users in the implementation, installation, training of new modules within existing systems and new systems while ensuring documentation is prepared and maintained.
  • Responsible for planning, organising, monitoring and controlling all aspects of the applications development of the organisations web services (website/app/Alexa skill/public wifi / internet connectivity)
  • To support staff & external customers to develop the skills and knowledge to use the internet to access information and activities which combats loneliness and supports their ability to remain independent and connected
  • Respond to individual user requests for support and assistance on the organisations digital platforms (website/Alexa/app/ wifi etc) when escalated from the IT Support Analysts, providing advice and guidance for the IT team.
  • Ensure that all necessary administrative functions are carried out and to adhere to all procedures, policies and keep appropriate records

About you

You will be:

  • Experienced in creating and maintaining websites
  • Have experience in providing training on using IT systems, verbal and written.
  • Be competent in making system changes to the groups IT systems.
  • Have strong organisation and administration skills.
  • Have clear and confident communication and presenting skills.
  • Have good time management and project management skills.
