Cobalt Housing is looking to appoint a Business Intelligence Analyst to join our Governance, Assurance & Risk department. Based in our Croxteth HQ, the successful candidate will report to the Lead Business Analyst and join a friendly and supportive team.
This role is key to delivering, reporting and analysing of data for all our business areas and against a range of projects to enable data-based decision making.
It is essential that the successful candidate should be able to work on their own initiative and will adhere to and promote Cobalt values and behaviours. You will also need to be educated to degree level or hold an equivalent qualification as well as GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics (grades A-C). Cobalt has a 35-hour working week, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, and we are currently in the middle of looking at a more agile and flexible way of working, as we realise that work/life balance has never been so important. The salary for the Business Intelligence Analyst is £34,200 per annum rising to £36,000 on successful completion of a six-month probation. The successful candidate will enjoy 28 days holiday, plus 3 additional days for Christmas shut down, as well as the option to join the company pension scheme.
