We are looking for an organised Administrator to provide first class administration support service for the Assets Investments Team. This could include developing and maintaining an effective electronic filing system, coordinating internal and external meetings, preparing papers and attending meetings to ensure accurate recording of minutes, as well as preparing legal and contractual documents for signing in accordance with procedures.
Effective data management is essential, ensuring that the Assets Investment information systems are kept up to date and information can be provided accurately and on time, for reporting to the Executives and Boards. You will also be required to train other colleagues on Assets Investment information systems from time to time.
We are looking for someone who has excellent attention to detail, the ability to prioritise a varied workload and methodical approach to work. You will need previous administration and systems experience and the ability to effectively use Microsoft and/or Google Software Packages.
