We are currently recruiting for a Administration Assistant to support the delivery of the pest management service and the wider Directorate, delivered in an accurate, effective and efficient way, to meet the highest possible standards of customer service.
You will be required to work with internal and external stakeholders in the resolution of customer repair, service or other issues and liaise confidently with other colleagues and customers, providing support, advice and guidance on the pest control service.
Day to day administrative tasks may include working with data, reporting and report creation, data presentation, financial reconciliations, document creation, document storage and retrieval, contract administration, job transactions and systems transaction management.
We are looking for someone who is organised, has excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritise a varied workload with a methodical approach to work. You will need previous administration and systems experience and the ability to effectively use Microsoft and/or Google Software Packages.
