About the role
We are currently looking for an experienced Analyst to join our busy Asset Management team on a permanent basis.
This is an exciting time to join an expanding Strategic Asset Management team following the recent integration of functions from legacy organisations to help and support our ambition to build more homes and invest in our existing properties.
In this role you will ensure the team holds reliable and up-to-date Asset Management information for the organisation. You will also be involved in the analysis of stock data, to inform stock reinvestment planning and to plan future programmes of stock condition surveys to maximise data integrity.
This is a highly data orientated role where you will be working with and manipulating large data extracts, so ideally, you should have great Excel skills and strong experience of working with large database software and sock condition data.

Some things we need from you
Experience of working with large database software and manipulating data extracts, particularly stock condition component data.
Strong ICT skills, with a high degree of proficiency in excel and experience of working with housing management systems such as Open Housing or similar.
Previous administration experience and experience of working closely with customers
Proven experience of balancing a heavy workload, prioritising as necessary
Evidence of having delivered effectively in a results/service driven environment
A good understanding of Decent Homes would be desirable
Experience of managing a team would be desirable.
Experience in working in a property/estates/maintenance team and of contract administration would be desirable.
While this role is home based, you should have the ability to travel to Group offices and other locations on occasion if required. Our Group offices are located at Birmingham Business Park, Solihull and Central Park, Worcester.
