We are currently looking for a Recruitment Advisor to join our People team to be the first point of contact for all recruitment related activity.
As the Recruitment Advisor you will coordinate and manage the end to end recruitment cycle for the organisation that supports the delivery of efficient advertising, selection, interview and recruitment processes, ensuring that Valleys to Coast attracts the best talent to the organisation and candidates receive the best possible recruitment and on-boarding experience.
You will support the People Team in the delivery of People operations, ensuring that all activities and outputs are aligned with the organisation's strategic aims, values, legal requirements, and best practice.
This is a fast paced and varied role, that will require you to effectively plan, prioritise and manage workloads to meet deadlines, while providing a people focused, responsive, flexible and professional recruitment service.
The right candidate will have previous experience of building positive relationships with a range of stakeholders including colleagues, managers, leaders and other agencies, ideally in a similar busy recruitment role. We are looking for someone that is organised, forward thinking and personable with excellent communication and administration skills.
