Brief description of service:
You heard it here first - Our wonderful Learning & Organisational Development (L&OD) team have a new and exciting post to join them as a Leadership & Culture Advisor. The L&OD team business partner with all of our departments within NCHA and provide an array of learning activities, as well as being responsible for our colleague engagement survey and colleague voice.
L&OD are a part of the wider People team which also includes an advisory and recruitment HR service. In our team, we believe work-life balance is key to be able to thrive and perform to be the best you can be. Our aim is to enhance the skills and knowledge of our colleagues throughout their employment.
Description of expected duties:
As our Leadership & Culture Advisor, you will be involved in various initiatives such as supporting the biennial colleague engagement survey process, facilitating the colleague voice forum to provide a communication channel for all NCHA colleagues, leading the development, design and delivery of Leadership development programmes across the organisation, liaising with senior stakeholders to ensure it is fit for purpose and working closely with the Talent & Apprenticeship Advisor to ensure a consistent approach is provided to colleagues.
As this is a brand new role, there will be plenty of opportunity to make your own mark by advising and developing these interventions further.
