Job Description

Are you looking for a permanent opportunity, starting immediately? Can you help us to put the PLUS in Housing Plus? We currently have a great opening for a Data Analyst to join our successful in-house IT Applications team.

Are you passionate about reporting and data analysis? Are you interested in developing high quality reporting services to deliver actionable insight? As a Data Analyst you will support the delivery of the data strategy and develop high quality reporting solutions to facilitate informed decision making across the business and support Housing Plus Group to continuously improve.

Taking the lead on developing and delivering a consolidated business intelligence and reporting approach, you will mine and analyse large sets of data, turning it into actionable insight and use your creativity to present management information in a range of engaging ways for a variety of stakeholders.

We are looking for someone with

  • An analytical and astute approach
  • Experience of data analysis
  • Competency in the use of reporting tools such as Business Objects, SQL Server Reporting Services, Insight and Microsoft PowerBI.
  • Knowledge of Housing Sector System Software
  • Ability to demonstrate an understanding of new and emerging technologies relating to data analysis trends and insight. 



The successful candidate will need to have a full driving licence and transport available for work purposes as you will need to travel between sites as part of the role.
