FLS UK is now at an exciting growth stage and hiring a Senior Sales Manager who will develop and win new customer opportunities. This is a varied role which requires technical ability, understanding of field service processes and flexibility. Due to the growth of FLS UK, we are looking for a:


Role responsibilities include:

  • Develop and execute the sales and marketing strategy in conjunction with the Sales Director
  • Identify and approach companies within target markets together with marketing and business development colleagues
  • Expand and develop a referral partner network to complement our solutions and grow market opportunity
  • Deliver a consultative sales approach to understand customer needs and advise customers on best practice
  • Prepare and present high-quality presentations and proposals tailored to meet customer needs
  • Build positive relationships with colleagues. Communicate and coordinate to ensure first class solutions and customer expectations will be met
  • Achieve sales and profitability targets set on an annual basis

This role is permanently home working and therefore your location is flexible provided you have good travel connections. FLS has office hubs near Reading and Warrington and there is a high degree of interaction with colleagues with meet up sessions/workshops. Product training will be provided.


  • Proven sales achiever with minimum 3 years’ experience of enterprise software sales, ideally to include field service management or scheduling/dispatch/mobile related solutions
  • Strong problem-solving ability, analytical skills and good time management are required
  • Excellent written and verbal English, able to articulate concisely with enthusiasm and clarity
  • Quickly establishes credibility, trust and rapport with customers and colleagues at all levels
  • Takes personal responsibility, with a flexible 'can do, will do, whatever it takes' attitude
  • Hold a full valid driving licence and passport
  • Degree or equivalent qualification, ideally in IT, a mathematical or science subject
  • Must be an existing resident in the UK with full 'Right to work'


  • Proficient with MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint and prior use of CRM solutions
  • Ability to learn and perform basic demonstrations of FLS software solutions
