Fancy a new challenge working for a large public sector business engaged in multiple cutting-edge IT transformation projects? They’re looking for a Business Analyst with experience working on housing system projects or Dynamics 365 specifically to join the team on their journey. This is a permanent role and offers remote working with a flexible attitude required to attending offices in Hampshire as projects require.

Your main responsibility as Lead Housing IT Business Analyst will be to gather requirements and provide root cause analysis to provide the business with system efficiencies as they move to new technology. You will guide a small team on process definition, user story creation, testing definition and support and translate customer centric user experience into technical documentation. You will have a strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools such as Gantt charts, risk and issue logs/RAID logs, business cases etc.

Essential experience:

  • A successful commercial track record in an IT Business Analysis capacity from within a local authority or social housing environment
  • Ideally, Lead experience within a previous role and experience overseeing small teams
  • Experience of various project management techniques such as Agile, WAgile, Kanban, Waterfall, and Scrum
  • Technical documentation
  • Working with multiple project teams, stakeholders, and suppliers
  • A business analysis certification and another IT specific certification
  • Agile techniques (User Stories and Acceptance Criteria in particular) would be highly desirable for this role
  • Dynamics 365 experience would also be highly desirable.
