Job Description

Lioness Recruitment take their specialist experience to find specialist careers. A highly respected NPO are looking for an experienced IT Service Delivery Leader to join their established team and take ownership of the organisation's ICT Transformation. This role will be a weekly mix of remote working and attending a Birmingham based head office.

Your responsibilities will be to manage the ICT Support function and IT Service Desk and look to transform the services provided with quality improvement. This will include managing the allocation of work with the Infrastructure Team, Managed Service providers and third-party suppliers. The role will require significant change management and minimising impact of change in relation to user experience and ensuring a positive company-wide perception of ICT. You will also play a key part in planning and supporting a data centre move.

Essential:

  • Solid ICT and people management experience
  • Hands-on technical knowledge of a variety of systems including Windows Desktop, Active Directory, DNS, Networks, and Group Policy
  • Demonstrable Azure and Cloud technology experience
  • Previous experience of leading an ICT Service Desk transformation
  • Project managing IT transformations
  • Change management
  • Establishing 3rd party supplier agreements and subsequent relationship management
  • Sound knowledge of ITIL principles
  • IT work experience in a third sector organisation is highly desirable
