They’re looking for someone with proven application/system support and development experience alongside some team leadership or mentoring to join them on their IT change journey. This role will be mainly remote working with a requirement to attend offices in the Midlands ideally once per week.
As a System Development Team Lead your main responsibilities will be to manage the systems support team, as well as overseeing all system related incidents, enhancements, and changes. Your day-to-day duties will include monitoring ticket resolution, supporting development and delivery of existing and new software, as well as hands on management of your team to include appraisals, performance management, recruitment etc.
