Job Description

37 hours per week

We are looking to recruit an Administration Assistant to support our DLO, ensuring the effective operation and delivery of the administration function.

Day to day responsibilities may include, but not be limited to, working with data, report creation and data presentation. Document creation, document storage and retrieval. As well as liaising with external contractors, organisations and suppliers.

We are looking for someone organised with excellent attention to detail, and the ability to be flexible to meet the changing needs of the service. You will need previous administration experience and the ability to effectively use Microsoft and/or Google Software Packages. 

This role has a start date from the 1st of December 2022.
