We are currently recruiting for a Voids Coordinator to coordinate the Voids service within the DLO. The role will predominantly consist of leading a mixed trade team carrying out maintenance works to empty properties with the aim of returning them to a lettable standard within agreed timescales. You will work closely with other Coordinators to balance service needs and share resources.
The right candidate will have a trade or building related qualification, previous experience leading a multi-trade team and of void property maintenance. We are looking for someone who is a team player, as well as self-motivated and proactive in their approach.
