Job Description

Housing Insight are seeking a hungry sales individual to join our team.  We are looking for someone with a creative mindset, strong communication and excellent customer service skills. Technical skills to understand and propose correct solutions for the customer, focusing on requirements with product training provided. Strong IT skills and knowledge of some software applications including the MS Suite, online comms and CRM platforms. Applications are welcome from those who have Housing sector knowledge and those without. We are looking for the RIGHT person for us, knowledge can be taught! 

The ideal person will be required to perform the following duties: 

  • Create new opportunities and expand the business through direct selling, pitching and management of sales process 

  • Develop new sales and improve sales through various methods 

  • Identify new business and contact potential clients  

  • Ability to manage time effectively and create own strategy to meet targets 

  • Attend conferences and events to build relationships alongside colleagues 

  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure company targets are met  

  • Potential to progress through to account management 

In return, Housing Insight will provide: 

  • Relevant equipment needed – Laptop, phone and so on 

  • Salary of between £30-£50k* per annum plus commission  

  • 24 days annual leave plus bank holidays 

  • Expenses paid 

  • Full time remote roll working from home (UK based only) hours between 8am-6pm Monday to Friday.

*Range is dependent on experience and location of individual
