We are currently recruiting for a Voids Assessor to join our Voids Team. Your role within the team will be to assess and manage void properties from the initial inspection to completion. Your key areas of focus will be on cost, quality and time.
We are looking for someone with a professional building related qualification and a high level of project management skills, who will be able to project manage major Improvement works in effective and efficient ways to meet internal and external service standards.
You will be required to project plan improvement and new build works. You will be responsible for ensuring the effective project planning, management, coordination, and the issuing of appropriate schedules and works within budget allowances for assigned projects.
As part of the role you will be making statutory applications where required for projects that require planning, building regulations, utility providers and health and safety executives. The right candidate will be able to establish, develop and maintain effective working relationships with all work colleagues, Valleys to Coast contractor partners and stakeholders. Through using Valleys to Coast NBS Standard Specification you will manage and deliver tender preparation, tendering assessments and coordination.
