Job Description

Lioness Recruitment believes it takes specialist experience to find specialist careers. A respected public sector business is looking to add a PMO Analyst to their IT team to oversee projects from inception to execution on a permanent basis. This role requires a minimum of one day per week working onsite from an office based in the East Midlands, with the rest of the week remote working.

You will be responsible for overseeing from a project management perspective various IT and digital focussed projects for the business by tracking, monitoring, and updating the portfolio. You will be responsible for project controls, risk management and risk escalation to senior stakeholders. You will also have responsibility for updating budgets/financial assessment, building project support templates and manging third party suppliers.

Essential Skills:

  • Working in a similar PMO Analyst/Project Support role with an IT or digital focussed project environment
  • Stakeholder management to C-Level
  • Track record of overseeing projects from inception to execution
  • Third party supplier management
  • Commercial track record of project tracking and monitoring in the form of project controls and risk assessment, including budgets/finance
  • Building project template/support documentation
  • Experience working to PRINCE2 project methodology (any relevant certifications would be a bonus)
