Senior Business Analyst (Housing)
London or Midlands
£57,500 - £61,500 DOE
Code Red is currently looking for a Senior Business Analyst. The role will deliver analysis work for highly complex and high-profile projects, supporting large strategic change delivery. You will build relationships with key colleagues to facilitate effective collaborative working. Influence key stakeholders with information from the strategic analysis. You will be planning and facilitating workshops, documenting the outcome actions and process/requirement documents in an appropriate format.
Technical Skills:
- Significant business analysis delivery experience within business and project scenarios
- across a variety of subject areas in large/complex organisations
- Training and relevant qualifications in business analysis (BCS International Diploma in
- Business Analysis or similar)
- Detailed analytical abilities including complex data analysis
- High level of direct or relatable business experience
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, ability to manage and
- influence senior stakeholders
- Self-starter, with proven experience working independently
- Related IT knowledge and use of packages to achieve analysis and presentation outcomes
- Previous experience in managing business change and specific work packages within large
- scale projects
- Previous experience in developing or managing business analysis templates and
- documents
- Line management and/or significant business analysis coaching experience
