Senior Project Manager (Housing)

£56,500 - £64,700
Code Red is currently looking for a Housing Senior Project Manager. The Senior Project Manager will work with functional representatives and stakeholders to deliver projects effectively within defined improvement programmes and corporate plans.
Key Skills
- Motivate team members to meet project goals, adhering to their responsibilities and project milestones
- Lead on change management and deliver change management activities as part of the project planning and delivery
- Monitor, track and control outcomes to resolve issues, conflicts, dependencies and critical path
- Manage the programme and project budgets
- Strong experience of project planning and delivery across the entire project and programme lifecycle including different project methodologies including Prince2, MSP, Agile.
- Good knowledge of budgeting and resource allocation procedures.
- Strong leadership, diplomatic and motivational skills including the ability to lead up, across and down multiple business areas.
- Demonstrable communication skills; both written and oral with technical and non-technical staff, all levels of management.
