We are currently recruiting for an Older Persons Team leader. You will be responsible for a small and dedicated team, improving the lives and homes of customers across Valleys to Coast, focusing specifically on Sheltered Schemes, Extra Care and Supported Living Accommodation. This role is pivotal in the delivery of services to older people and supported housing.
We are looking for someone who has previous experience of working in the housing profession, specifically dealing with older people but with knowledge of housing management issues. The right candidate will be enthusiastic about the delivery of a brilliant service, as the role can be a demanding but rewarding one where you have a real opportunity to influence services and contribute to the wellbeing of our customers.
