Job Description
We are currently recruiting for an Executive Director of Finance and Corporate Services. As a member of the Executive Team, the post-holder will build strong and trusting internal and external partnerships, developing strategy and engaging stakeholders in a shared vision to drive the business forward.
Directly leading and inspiring the corporate services functions including Finance, IT, Data, Strategy & Performance playing a key part in driving a progressive culture of innovation and creativity; where people work in a high trust and high accountability environment.
This new role is pivotal to our plans for growth, and we’re excited to be looking for someone who can join us with a wealth of experience, talent and executive leadership skills.

We're a not for profit organisation who provide and manage 5,835 homes across Bridgend, South Wales.
We also provide management services to 722 leasehold flats, have a portfolio of 50 shops and other non-residential properties let on commercial terms, and manage 1,129 garages.
