We are currently recruiting for a Senior Projects Officer to project manage assigned projects from inception to completion that are connected to new and existing work within Valleys to Coast’s stock.
You will be responsible for project planning improvement and new build works, ensuring the effective planning, management, coordination, and the issuing of appropriate schedules of works within agreed budgets.
The right candidate will have a relevant professional building related qualification, project management skills with experience of delivering projects up to £2M in value, as well as sound technical knowledge of housing repairs and maintenance.
