Salary: £41,800 per annum rising to £44,000 per annum upon successful completion of probation (inclusive of Cobalt’s cost of living award, effective 1st March 2023)

Cobalt Housing is looking to appoint a Solutions Developer to join our newly formed Digital department (that covers ICT, Technology and Digital Transformation). Based in our Croxteth HQ, the successful candidate will report in to the Head of Digital and join a friendly and supportive team.
Working as part of a wider Project team, this role is key to the implementation of new systems, and to build solutions on the Housing Association's low-code platform. The role requires a high level of understanding of potentially complex data and process modelling, web application development and real-time integration capabilities to create engaging and functional web-based applications.
The role will be responsible for understanding current and evolving business needs working in conjunction with the lead business analyst/partner. They will develop and/or source new applications in the low-code environment managing the specification, development, testing and release processes. The person will be responsible for defining and implementing required integration of the apps and core systems.
It is essential that the successful candidate should be able to work on their own initiative and will adhere to and promote Cobalt values and behaviours. Driving is an essential requirement for this role, you will need to hold a full-UK driving licence with access to your own vehicle. The salary for the Solutions Developer is £41,800 per annum rising to £44,000 on successful completion of a six-month probation. The successful candidate will enjoy 28 days holiday, plus 3 additional days for Christmas shut down, as well as the option to join the company pension scheme.
