They’re looking to take your housing systems experience and team it with their ground-breaking software. This is a majority remote working role with some UK travel and potential overnight stays. This role also includes a car allowance on top of the salary.
As a Housing Systems Implementation Consultant, your primary responsibilities will be providing software consultancy for existing clients as well as ensuring a smooth implementation process. This will include system configuration, system testing, running workshops and user training.
Essential experience:
- Demonstrable social housing software experience in an application support, systems analyst or super user capacity
- Housing Management systems such as Aareon QL, Capita One/OPENHousing, Civica Cx, NEC/Northgate Housing, MRI Orchard Housing, MIS ActiveH etc
- User training
- Full UK driving licence
- Experience with social housing repairs, mobile working or scheduling systems e.g. TotalMobile/Cloud Dialogs, Capita One Mobile, Aareon 1st Touch, MRI AccuServe, MRI Maintain, M3 Housing, Rocc Uniclass, Civica Servitor & Advanced/ Kirona DRS etc
