NCHA are on a mission to find an enthusiastic Services Coordinator to join our friendly and professional Services team.
Do you have experience of working in social housing or in a customer focused environment? Are you passionate about making a difference to vulnerable people in society? Based in Nottingham, you will deliver excellent quality homes, communities and customer service through the management of contracts and service level agreements that meet legislative and good practice requirements.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Your role as a Services Coordinator will be to manage a portfolio of properties and to deliver an efficient and effective facilities service to schemes and projects within the East Midlands region. In this varied role, some of your duties will include but are not limited to:

What we require:
It is essential that you are able to provide a high quality customer service through contracts and service level agreements that meet legislative and good practice requirements. You must be comfortable with working as part of a field based team and adaptable to changing circumstances. Other key requirements include:
HOURS AND WORKING DAYS:
28 hours per week - Monday to Friday
