Job Description
We have a current opportunity for an Oracle Systems Analyst on a Permanent basis, with a public sector body. This position can be worked fully remote.
The role:
- To develop core business applications to support the digital transformation of services
- Working with business teams to gather and deliver integrated solutions that meet business requirements ensuing compliance with data standards and security
- Development and implementation of IT systems architecture to support strategic aims
- Optimise and automate business process
- Manage and maintain core systems and integrations ensuring they are fit-for-purpose and up-to-date at all times
- Comprehensive 2nd line application support across the core software applications in liaison with external support teams where required
- Development and maintenance of the data dictionary ensuring core systems comply with data standards to support integrations, reporting and data analytics
The ideal candidate:
- Strong oracle background
- Experience with NEC/Northgate Systems
- Previous experience working with housing associations
- Experience of managing large scale upgrades to core business systems
The details:
- Permanent role
- £44,479 per annum - 5% pay rise in April
- Fully remote role - can be worked anywhere in the UK
- 25 days public holiday, 5 public holidays, 3 shut down days
- Pension - auto enrolment personal pension plan
- The right to work in the UK - no sponsorship can be given
