We understand the need to provide a flexible working environment partnered with team collaboration and socialisation. Therefore, we operate a hybrid working model with 3 days of working from home per week. This role is based in one of the UK offices - London, Sleaford, or Newcastle.

The Role: 

MRI Software is looking for a Project Manager to join a growing team in our Global Professional Services (GPS) department.  

This role involves managing multiple customer facing engagements of varying complexity and duration to both new and existing clients in the Social Housing sector. 

The candidate should have a minimum of two years of experience within the social housing sector, preferably with project management, software solution delivery or support skills.   

RESPONSIBILITIES:   

  • Successful delivery of multiple concurrent consulting and technology projects. 

  • Ensuring quality of delivery and customer satisfaction.

  • Customer relationship and expectation management during the project lifecycle. 

  • Provide clear and accurate management reporting and statistics. 

  • Work closely with the Sales teams and have a solid understanding of the sales process. 

  • Liase with internal MRI teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects. 

  • Managing project budgets.  

  • Liaise with practice managers and directors on project escalations. 

PRE-REQUISITES: 

  • Experience of the social housing sector 

  • Self-starter 

  • Customer-focused 

  • Efficient time management 

  • Multi-tasking 

  • High teamwork ethic 

  • Commercially aware 

  • People management skills  

  • Excellent all-round communication skills  

  • Ability to spot potential improvements and work with others to deliver them 

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office  

 

Skills/Requirements Necessary 

  • Proven ability to work on complex pieces of work to successful outcomes for both employer and customer 

 

Skills/Requirements Desired 

  • Microsoft Project experience 

  • Delivering or project managing social housing or financial solutions
