We are currently looking to recruit for a Community Living Partner to deliver a high quality older persons housing management service to our clients, ensuring that excellent customer service is delivered, performance is maximised and that all activities and actions support Valleys to Coast’s vision and are reflective of older peoples’ aspirations.
Using your first class customer service and organisation skills you will be responsible for managing all communal repairs to the buildings; diagnosing concerns (with necessary support from relevant colleagues), reporting, following up and monitoring any actions. You will ensure that building security is paramount and that all building users understand how to use entry systems and that they adhere to the organisation's policies.
This role requires a full driving licence, access to a vehicle for work purposes and a DBS check. The primary location of this role is in Bridgend, South Wales and you will be required to work across a range of our supported living schemes within this area.
