We are currently recruiting for a new role of Managing Director -Repairs and Maintenance Delivery Services. This will be a key appointment as we move forward with the implementation of our new subsidiary. The subsidiary will form part of a new group structure and will deliver our repairs and maintenance service with a directly employed professional trades team.
We are looking for someone with substantial experience who will help us not only shape the company during its implementation, but will go on to develop and lead all commercial and operational aspects in its operation.
The Managing Director will lead and develop a team of managers, administrators and trade colleagues and will demonstrate exceptional people management and leadership qualities. The post-holder will build strong and trusting internal and external partnerships, develop strategy and engage stakeholders in a shared vision. We need someone that will share our dedication and commitment to our customers and communities, ensuring that our homes and places are where people feel safe and happy as we work through our 10-year corporate plan.
