Cobalt Housing is looking to appoint a Digital Project Manager to join our newly formed Digital department (that covers ICT, Technology and Digital Transformation). Based in our Croxteth HQ, the successful candidate will report in to the Head of Digital and join a friendly and supportive team.
This is an exciting new role within a newly created Digital Team to manage the implementation of the Housing Management, Finance and Low Code (Case Management and CRM) systems. The role will support the Transformation and Change portfolio management, focusing on records and systems, project and programme management framework and arrangements, and influencing and enabling continuous improvement in terms of approach and implementation.
The role will be responsible for managing the programme plan and individual project plans including the analysis and plotting of milestones and interdependencies. Supports and completes performance and progress reporting, captures and escalates decisions, risks and issues and leads on documentation of associated processes and activities. Supports resource and capability demand planning and management, and co-ordinates benefits and financial planning data and insight, underpinning the effective and efficient management and good governance of the portfolio.
It is essential that the successful candidate should be able to work on their own initiative and will adhere to and promote Cobalt values and behaviours. Driving is an essential requirement for this role, you will need to hold a full-UK driving licence with access to your own vehicle. The salary for the Digital Project Manager is £40,850 per annum rising to £43,000 on successful completion of a six-month probation. The successful candidate will enjoy 28 days holiday, plus 3 additional days for Christmas shut down, as well as the option to join the company pension scheme.
