IT Programme Manager

Lioness Recruitment – careers handled with care. A leading RSL in the East of England are looking for an IT Programme Manager to manage the delivery of various technology change projects for the business. This contract is offered completely remote working and is for an initial three month period.

You will be responsible for managing a team of Project Managers responsible for delivering IT projects focussed on Voids, Repairs & Complaints specifically. You will be a pro-active change manager with robust budget management skills and a successful track record in the delivery of complex systems transformation programmes. You must be well versed in identifying, developing and implementing process improvement, operating practices and have the ability to foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders across all levels.

Essential Skills:

• Track record in IT/technology Programme Management working for a registered social landlord delivering major systems projects
• Understanding of housing management systems such as: Aareon QL/Yuneo, Capita One/OPENHousing, Civica Cx, MRI Housing Enterprise/Orchard Housing/Castleton Housing, NEC/NPS/Northgate Housing, MIS Active-H & their associated modules
• Change management & adoption
• Project management methodologies and relevant certifications (Prince2 Practitioner, PMP, CAPM, CSP, Project+ etc)
• Stakeholder management, both internal and external at all levels
• Ability to produce detailed analytical reports
