Lioness Recruitment – careers handled with care. A leading RSL in the East of England are looking for an IT Programme Manager to manage the delivery of various technology change projects for the business. This contract is offered completely remote working and is for an initial three month period.
You will be responsible for managing a team of Project Managers responsible for delivering IT projects focussed on Voids, Repairs & Complaints specifically. You will be a pro-active change manager with robust budget management skills and a successful track record in the delivery of complex systems transformation programmes. You must be well versed in identifying, developing and implementing process improvement, operating practices and have the ability to foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders across all levels.
