We are working with an RSL deeply invested in streamlining their technology services who are looking for an experienced NEC Housing Technical Support Analyst. This role offers vast majority remote working with a requirement to attend offices based in London approximately once per month.
Your main responsibility will be to support and continuously improve the NEC housing system for this organisation at 2nd and 3rd line level. You will lead configuration, integration, support, upgrading, and maintenance of the core housing systems both BAU and project side.
Essential skills:
- Demonstrable development experience working as an NEC/NPS/Northgate Housing application support/systems/technical analyst
- Experience working within both a BAU & project environment
- PL/SQL
- Systems integration
- Testing
- Technical documentation
- ITIL certifications would be highly desirable for this role, although not essential
