Job Description

Are you passionate about IT and Service Delivery? Do you have good experience of delivering excellent customer service? 

We are looking for someone who can provide a professional, effective, and efficient IT support service to RBH colleagues to ensure that they have the IT tools available to carry out their roles as effectively as possible. 

 This post will involve:

  • Provision 1st and some 2nd line support to customers through the service desk
  • both onsite and remote
  • Diagnosing and resolving technical issues where possible, escalating when required
  • System administration and security management
  • Managing and maintaining IT Asset Registers 
  • Managing the build, configuration, and rollout of IT hardware
  • Review, improve and document system procedures and guides
  • Active Involvement in projects being undertaken by the IT Team.
  • Placing and managing hardware and software orders with suppliers
  • Assisting with the delivery of IT training to RBH users


We are looking for people with a positive can-do attitude, who are team players and can demonstrate a willingness to develop and progress in their role.


You will have:

·        Good written and verbal communication skills

·        Ideally relevant IT service desk experience

·        Strong technical knowledge of systems, applications, and infrastructure

·        Understanding of hardware
