We are looking for someone who can provide a professional, effective, and efficient IT support service to RBH colleagues to ensure that they have the IT tools available to carry out their roles as effectively as possible.

You will have:
· Good written and verbal communication skills
· Ideally relevant IT service desk experience
· Strong technical knowledge of systems, applications, and infrastructure
· Understanding of hardware
