Business Systems Analyst

They’re looking for someone with proven application/system support/development/implementation experience to join them on their technology change journey. This role will be majority remote working with a requirement to attend offices in the East Midlands area once per week.

As Business Systems Analyst your main responsibilities will be to support, maintain and implement integrated applications for the business across CRM, digital and data systems. Your day-to-day duties will include 2nd line support for the wider IT team, systems analysis (including process mapping, requirement gathering, process improvement), implementation and ownership of the full Application Lifecycle Management (ALM). This is a varied role with a mixture of both technical and soft skills required.

Essential experience:

• Experience working within an application or systems development/implementation/support role within a large commercial environment
• Microsoft 365 products (ideally PowerApps, Power Automate, SharePoint, Dynamics etc)
• Application Lifecycle Management (ALM)
• Systems analysis – process mapping, requirement gathering, process improvement etc
• Implementation, configuration, and integration
• Technical documentation
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Training
• Experience of Agile/Waterfall methodologies or Project/Change Management certifications for this role would be highly desirable but are not essential
