They’re looking for someone with proven application/system support/development/implementation experience to join them on their technology change journey. This role will be majority remote working with a requirement to attend offices in the East Midlands area once per week.
As Business Systems Analyst your main responsibilities will be to support, maintain and implement integrated applications for the business across CRM, digital and data systems. Your day-to-day duties will include 2nd line support for the wider IT team, systems analysis (including process mapping, requirement gathering, process improvement), implementation and ownership of the full Application Lifecycle Management (ALM). This is a varied role with a mixture of both technical and soft skills required.
