The Role: 

The perfect candidate for this role will have knowledge or experience of the social housing sector and having worked for a social housing provider would be an advantage. The candidate should preferably have knowledge of asset management/ asset management systems and housing management systems. This role will require the successful candidate also to branch out into additional MRI systems in line with our Core++ strategy. Customer facing experience and excellent presentation skills are essential to be able to deliver technical sales presentations and system demos. Will work alongside the sales team daily as the system and technical expert in sales situations and guide the sales approach for the asset system(s).

 

Components of the role 

  • Run customer software demonstrations, workshops and discovery sessions, contribute to written tender responses as the technical expert for the asset systems. 

  • Maintain close contacts with leaders in client organisations, keeping them informed on product roadmaps and using their requirements to help inform product development. 

  • Work closely with sales team to identify and develop new sales opportunities.  

  • A key part of a small, nimble sales engineering team that focusses on UK Social Housing sector, you’ll be expected to be an outstanding team member. 

  • Knowledge of the Sandler sales process or similar would be an advantage but not essential as training would be given. 

  • Able to help steer product design and further product integration of the asset systems with other MRI systems by working closely with product development team. 

  • Ensure demonstration system for MRI Asset is up to date (with the help of a systems installation expert) and take responsibility for testing latest functionality in the demo environment.  

This role will involve travel to customers throughout the UK and it may be possible to consider candidates based from home.
