We are currently looking to recruit a Multi-Skilled Bricklayer to effectively and efficiently undertake bricklaying maintenance within our homes.
You will support the General Repairs Coordinator with the effective delivery of repairs, maintenance work, determining faults. Reporting back to your line manager, colleagues or the works planners as required.
Working independently or as part of a team, you will ensure that all activities are carried out to the highest standards of integrity and professionalism in accordance with existing legislation and the company’s policies and procedures. This role will require you to be available and respond promptly to emergency call outs on a rota’d basis as and when required.
The ideal candidate will have the required qualifications in bricklaying, as well as qualifications or proven experience in other trade disciplines. You will also need a full driving licence, preferably with minimal or no endorsements.
