Head of Asset Strategy   

About the role

We're are making improvements to the services that we provide to our residents and so have created three exciting key positions to drive this forward: Head of Asset Delivery, Head of Asset Strategy and Head of Repairs.

If you want to lead, plan and deliver an excellent, high quality and effective customer focused Asset Management service, ensuring value for money and supporting both business objectives and customers’ needs you couldn't have picked a more exciting time to join Plymouth Community Homes. 

​​​​​​​As a qualified, experienced and driven individual you will achieve this in collaboration with the other members of the Wider Management Team by working actively to support the broader activities and aspirations of PCH as a whole.

Our ideal candidate for this role is someone who has:

  • experience of asset management, developing and implementing strategy and co-ordination of large multi- disciplinary refurbishment, repairs and maintenance programmes.
  • experience of planning, managing, and monitoring major work programmes.
  • a proven record of developing and implementing Strategies in a housing environment achieving measurable performance improvements.
  • a proven track record of strong and effective   leadership, with proven ability to provide vision and direction to individuals and teams to gain ownership and commitment.
