This is a fantastic opportunity for a Transformation Officer to work for Cobalt in a role with clear avenues for development and promotion within our friendly and inclusive team. The role will provide support across the whole programme of digital and change projects from scoping through to project closure and will give the post-holder a solid grounding in both improvement and IT-based skills and the opportunity to manage projects.
This is a varied role and would suit an ambitious candidate who is willing and able to drive transformative change both within the team and across the wider business. The post-holder will work closely with the operational teams and the Transformation Programme Manager to ensure all of our Transformation and Digital projects are closely aligned to our new Corporate Plan.
As well as supporting and delivering projects, the role will involve analysing and evaluating data using a range of tools in order to measure the impact of our projects and ensure that we are focusing improvements in the right place.

The salary for the role of Transformation Officer is circa £25,000 per annum. Cobalt’s standard working week is 35 hours Monday to Friday. At Cobalt we work in an agile manner and you can expect to work both at home and in the office based on business needs and our commitment to enabling staff to work flexibly. However, as the team you will be a part of are new and responsible for a significant programme of digital transformation across the organisation and beyond we expect both current and new team members to be in the office for a few days a week in order to play their part in driving this change, acting as a face of our new digital strategy and helping build a collaborative, engaging team culture.
