NEC Housing Consultant

Are you an established NEC/Northgate Housing Consultant with development experience looking for your next project assignment? We are recruiting for a busy, dynamic business embarking on an exciting period of transformation requiring development and technical expertise. This role will be mainly remote working with some requirement to attend head offices in London on a limited basis. This is a minimum 3 month contract and is outside of IR35.

As the NEC Housing Consultant your main responsibility will be to provide project focussed expertise regarding system enhancement and integration across a diverse and complex range of software applications. Your day-to-day duties will include solution design, system build, integration, and testing. You will have expertise of both Oracle & MS SQL and must be able to hit the ground running at this busy time for the organisation.

Essential experience:

• Extensive experience of NEC/Northgate Housing across all modules, with repairs expertise being a distinct advantage
• Systems development & coding
• Database structure & dataflows
• MS SQL
• Oracle PL/SQL
• Integration and workflow
• Testing
