A respected organisation within the Public Sector are looking for an experienced Project Lead to support in the systems design, implementation, configuration and ongoing integration of their new mobile working solution.
Your responsibilities will be to provide hands-on implementation expertise, liaise with software suppliers as appropriate, update key internal stakeholders, liaise and work with other business departments for effective integration, alongside providing hands-on support for any necessary fixes after go-live.
Essential experience:
- Demonstrable implementation/configuration/integration experience with social housing repairs, mobile working or scheduling systems e.g. TotalMobile/Cloud Dialogs, Aareon Versaa/1st Touch, MRI Repairs/AccuServe, MRI Maintain, M3 Housing, ROCC Core, Civica Cx Contractor Workforce & Advanced/ Kirona DRS etc
- Proven integration experience with housing management software systems such as Aareon QL, Capita One/OPENHousing, Civica Cx, NEC/Northgate Housing, MRI Orchard Housing, MIS ActiveH etc
- SQL scripting
- Ability to effectively lead/project manage small projects
- Ability to manage third party suppliers to budgets and timeframes
- ITIL certification/extensive knowledge of ITIL principles
