Implementation Consultant

This is a majority remote working role with some UK travel and potential overnight stays. The total £48,500 package includes a pre-pandemic car allowance despite being majority remote working.

As a Housing Systems Implementation Consultant, your primary responsibilities will be providing software consultancy for existing clients as well as ensuring a smooth implementation process. This will include system configuration, system testing, running workshops and user training.

Essential experience:

• Demonstrable experience of implementing social housing software
• Housing Management systems such as Aareon QL, Capita One/OPENHousing, Civica Cx, NEC/Northgate Housing, MRI Orchard Housing, MIS ActiveH etc
• Extensive experience with social housing asset management software (such as Apex, MRI Housing Asset Management (Orchard Asset/Promaster/Asset4000), Integrator, Pimss, Civica Keystone etc) or repairs module/social housing repairs, mobile working or scheduling systems (e.g. TotalMobile/Cloud Dialogs, Aareon Versaa/1st Touch, MRI Repairs/AccuServe, MRI Maintain, M3 Housing, ROCC Core, Civica Cx Contractor Workforce & Advanced/ Kirona DRS etc)
• User training
• Full UK driving licence
