The purpose of the role will be to take responsibility for devising, organizing, and implementing multiple high scale projects, predominantly working with clients in the public sector. Day-to-day responsibilities will include assisting in the strategic planning, Project Managing the implementation of large implementations from start to finish (including business case development, project planning/scoping, requirements, design, configuration, test, training, cutover) with multiple project streams at any one time, assisting the sales team in closing and retaining business by providing strategic Programme & Project Management information to prospective customer and clients, monitoring associated budgets and risk, allocating project resources, etc.
• A successful commercial track record in Programme Management and Project Management with multiple project streams at any one time.
• Direct experience of successfully Programme Managing the implementation of software systems
• Prince2 Practitioner certification
• Experience delivering solutions for a commercial IT organisation such as an IT Consultancy or Software Vendor
• Have a good understanding of business change and how to deliver successful change to clients through technology

You will be happy to travel as part of your role, as well as being disciplined enough to work from home.
This role is home based and will entail some time spent travelling and visiting customers around the UK proving consultancy. This may also require overnight stays, on average 2-3 days per week.
