Are you a proven Lead Systems Implementer looking for a new challenge with an organisation who consistently invest in the best technologies? We’re looking for somebody with proven project management experience and strong documentation to join our not-for-profit client. This is a permanent opportunity and offers homeworking with approximately two days per week working from Head Office based in Manchester.

Your main responsibility as Implementation Lead will be to manage the delivery of a range of customer focussed IT projects using a mixture of in-house, consultancy & third-party supplier resource. You will also be responsible for embedding change from a range of previous large scale technology projects alongside budget and internal stakeholder management, supplier management, coaching and documentation.

Essential experience:

  • Commercial experience working as a Senior Project Support/Project Lead/Project Manager on small to medium sized IT projects involving multiple business departments
  • Managing internal BAU, consultancy and third-party supplier resource for projects
  • Reporting – including statistical and financial reporting
  • Risk management
  • Budget management
  • Documentation
  • Project management certifications such as PRINCE2 Foundation or Practitioner, PMP, CAPM, ACP, MPM etc
  • Experience leading/managing unified communications projects would be highly advantageous for this role
