They’re looking for an experienced Business Analyst with experience working on housing system projects specifically to join the team on their digital transformation programme. This is a 12 months fixed term salaried role and can be offered majority remote working.

Your main responsibility as Business Analyst will be to define the ‘as-is’ and ‘to-be’ requirements, map business focussed objectives into technical requirements for a range of housing system focussed projects and provide documentation accordingly. You will also be required to support with functional specifications, sprint sessions, scrum meetings and collaboration with the wider IT team. This will be a busy role communicating with internal business teams, internal stakeholders, and multiple third-party suppliers.

Essential experience:

  • A successful commercial track record in a Business Analysis capacity - including the translation of user requirements into technical documentation & defining and mapping business processes (As-Is & To-Be), process modelling and providing functional specifications
  • Experience working on housing management software implementation projects such as Aareon QL, Capita One/OPENHousing/Academy, Civica Cx, MRI Enterprise/Orchard Housing, NEC/Northgate Housing, MIS ActiveH etc, specifically
  • Experience of various project management techniques such as WAgile, Kanban, Waterfall, and Scrum
  • Working with multiple project teams, stakeholders, and suppliers
  • Agile techniques (User Stories and Acceptance Criteria in particular) would be highly desirable for this role
